Returns and refunds.
At James' Gourmet Coffee Co, our aim is to get the most fresh, vibrant coffee to your door as soon as we can, this is generally the same working day you order, always dispatched in 2, unless there is a short fall for your order, which very occassionaly happens. Should this occur we will send out the majority of your coffees and follow on with the remainder.
For your confidence we have a policy that will refund or replace your purchase, if you have not received coffee of the standard you would expect or delivery has not been received. To receive a refund for your purchase we would ask that you return the coffee within 7 days, so we can understand why this coffee has failed to please.
