This is a quick..woosh moment of wow in our espresso machine today.

The sad thing is that there are only a few Kilos of this Mirorama lot and it is stupidly good to amazing in the espresso machine. I am brewing a little closer to 93C at the moment as my machine (Spaz S40) has a cold water feed that is a little overly  enthusiastic in keeping temps low...and this shot needs a good dose.

So if you are at a loss what to put in your espresso machine this weekend, try this, it's so wrong (to place such a great coffee that can be amazing filter) as super espresso that also carries through when brewing with milk....like baked currants.
