This stuff puts the supermarket Lapsang Souchong tea bags to shame. I got fed up with Twinings miserable quality control, tried Taylor's of Harrogate (even worse!) but was pleasantly surprised by the rich smell and gorgeous flavour of the bag of leaves I received from James Gourmet Coffee. It was love at first scent when the smoky, indeed almost chocolately, smell hit me as I opened the bag. If you buy this, be sure to try brewing the leaves twice, I found that the second brewing was often as good or better than the first.
