One of the ultimate coffees to try and a regular at JGC for some10 years now..The proprietor of the waterfall farm was a pioneer in the part founding of the BSCA, Brazil specialty coffee ascn. This was the begining of a revolution that has divided quality from a mass commodity~ product just called coffee

Cachoeira is typically a naturally sweet and chocolaty cup. A great alrounder and also an excellent espresso component.

This season the profile is sweeter and juicier than previous years with those lighter roasts giving signs of that very unlikely juicy, orangey citrus... I know...it's all subjective and this is an espresso profile....but this is so much more than you might expect from " A coffee from the South Minas"...and no wonder we can only buy 1/2 of what we would like to. (No heavy hints, it's a fact....one of those coffees you can't really have too much of).

Gorgeous

Like it says, chocolatey and nutty, though mild not strong. Very smooth, no bitterness, but with quite a caffeine kick that you need to watch out for! Definitely a good cup of coffee to get you going in the morning.

Decadent Hazelnut!

I love this blend, its perfectly creamy, dark and rich, the aroma is dark chocolate and nutty. A treat for all the senses.
