Finca Suiza is now beautifully rested and like the very finest of wines is now perfect to drink.  It feels odd writing this when the next crop is being harvested, but it is a fact, that even in vacuum bricks this coffee changes massively and last year we didn't have enough when it really was at its very best.
 
Equidistant from the Honduran border and the Southern Pacific lies the famous growing area on the slopes of Santa Ana volcano. A combination of the mineral rich soil and careful "quality before quantity" production help deliver some of the best coffee on the planet. The quantity is finite and quality outstanding.
