We buy our coffee on a taste first basis. Before buying an idealism and believing that we are making a difference, we cup-taste the coffee.
Our Growers
We only purvey coffee when it tastes great.
The next stage is choosing between the varieties of coffee plant
that can come from an estate. This commitment to taste is a
positive step in global trade. If we were to buy a coffee for
branding sake we would take trade from the best producers, sell
second rate coffee and subsidise coffee to be grown in non -sustainable
areas.
Buying
Due to the fact that we search
for taste first, money, although necessary, takes a back seat.
We have to be proud of our coffee and to achieve this we have to buy
the best.
Small selected lots of the most fantastic coffees on the planet. Wow.
When you have tasted the best coffee, there is no substitute.
